Starting a Crowd-”Founded” Website — 03
Well, the buzz is increasing unexpectedly!! I have received some phone calls, SMSs, and emails asking for more details about this and asking about how to join. Well, the more people join the more ideas we have for DearMyKid.com and the more we enjoy doing it.
Now I have clearer team requirements to share, below I have listed the needed roles to be played, you are more than welcome to be part of this.
Again, as explained in the first post of this series, and for the time being, we are accepting co-founders only from Amman, this is to ease the legal setup of the company with lots of co-founders and to keep the momentum by organizing brainstorming and action meetups.
Please keep in mind that all team members will work on this in their free time and will expect zero income for the next 2–3 years. However, each and every one will get fair equity share in DearMyKid.com.
The initial team will include:
- Chief Baba Officer (CEO)
- Chief Mama Officer (Product Manager)
- Buzz Kid (Online Marketer)
- Big Mouth Kid (PR Specialist)
- Kharabeesh Kid (Web/Graphic Designer)
- Geek Kid (Back End Web Developer)
- Wajha Kid (Front End Web Developer)
- 3areef Kid (Web Master)
- Az3ar Kid (UI Specialist)
- Social Kid (Community Manager)
- Masrouf Kid (Financial Manager)
- Big Brother (Lawyer)

Only passionate people who are in it for the fun of it will be accepted ;-) Within a week or so, we shall announce the final team inshallah and get this thing started!
